About

Siboney is a multi-disciplinary circus artist and world musician who belongs to a 6th generation of musicians in her family. Started to play the violin at the age of 5 years old with teachers from Norway, Poland, Japan, the USA, Chile, and Ecuador.

She has over 21 years of experience playing at weddings, yacht parties, birthdays, corporate events, and more!

Her first international tour was at the age of 15 years old. She traveled to Poland sponsored by the Ecuadorian embassy and brought several smiles to her audience.

After graduating from high school, Siboney joined a social circus for 2 years. There she was an acrobat and violinist who regularly traveled and performed.

Her desire to share her music took her to play in 14 countries and countless cities in Asia, Europe, and America. After those amazing experiences, she started a new journey in the USA pursuing her dreams as a violinist, singer, video creator, circus artist, and writer.

Education:

Associate in Sciences of Arts and Music at Montgomery College- Maryland, USA.

First Jazz Violin Performance Major at Florida International University.

Social Circus Diploma-Quito, Ecuador.

Circadium School- Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Musical Influences:

Siboney began as a classical violinist. When she started growing realized that classical music was just a small fraction of what music represents. Her musician dad motivated her to memorize at least one famous song from as many countries as possible. As a result, she can play for many hours without stopping or repeating a song. This recommendation, made her improve her listening and memorizing skills for learning new repertoire. Now, her weekly world music videos have reached 160k views on Facebook, 146.2k views on YouTube, and 200k views on Instagram

Artistic Projects:

-Siboney is an active musician and circus artist. She is on the music project of recording a music or circus video in all 50 US states. So far, she has finished recording in New York, Connecticut, Florida, Rhode Island, Texas, Colorado, Maryland, Virginia, Arlington, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Wisconsin, California and Massachusetts.

-Her experiences around the world motivated her to write a book to share her stories and poems as a solo female traveler. She strongly believes that our world is full of kindness and by sharing one’s gift one can create a positive impact in our society.

-Besides sharing her weekly music videos, Siboney has a series called "Storytime with Siboney". This series' purpose is to inspire others to travel or express their artistic sides with an open heart.
